Hello,
IP Office 9.0.9 with VMPro. Someone at my company complained that when they were leaving a long voicemail message for someone, it cut them off and gave them a list of options such as "Press 1 to continue recording, Press # to end message, ect. The person didn't hear the options when they were said so he was expecting the auto attendant to repeat the options again after a certain amount of time but it never repeated. I'm wondering if there's a way I can edit the main voicemail auto attendant to have it automatically repeat the options after a certain timeout period has passed. I know you can set that option when editing user created modules in Voicemail Pro but I don't know of anyway of editing the actual voicemail auto attendant. I hope I explained my question well enough. Thanks.

You can increase the recording time in the VMPro client settings, after that time-out the VMPro comes up with that menu.
TBH to me it sounds a little stupid to leave such a extensive voicemail message, a e-mail is very much easier to send and it is editable before sending.

I completely agree with you lol. My boss brought it up to me so I figured I'd look into it. I'll change the call recording time just to make everyone happy. Thanks for your help.

I set up a campaign where the sales guys can record verbal contracts in the field. They ring the indial which points to the campaign.

'I want my hair back.' Says son at hairdresser.
