First time posting here -- appreciate any help you can provide. I inherited an old Access 2000 database that was built years ago by someone who naturally is no longer employed here.
I need to change a SQL statement that is tied to a combobox control on a form. I can modify the statement in the properties of all views (form, datasheet and design). However, when I save, exit and go back into the database, the changes are not retained. More specifically, the change is retained in the design view, but not in the datasheet and form views. If I exit without saving, I'm prompted to save, but the changes are still not retained.
I've done some Googling on the issue, but haven't found an example that sounds similar. Any ideas?
Let me know if I can provide any further detail if that will help, and thanks!
