Edits disappear in WordPerfect X3 (and 12, and...), why?

Wordperfect text edits sometimes disappear when the mouse is moved...As noted in thread67-1405954 and thread67-1213148: WordPerfect 12 and X3 text edits disappear without apparent reason. Does not seem related to permissions as original author is usually the one effected, and the file is not opened in read-only format. This is a long-standing, but random happening. I can not purposely duplicated the situation.

I have the same thing happen. I read the comments on wpuniverse.com but I don't intend to register at every place it might be posted.

I have had it happen on a regular, sporadic basis.
It's frustrating bug.
I just inserted new text or edited text and it appears to be an "undo" not triggered intentionally, BUT, I can't redo it, so that makes the "undo" questionable. An undo should be able to be redone.

My solution has been to manually do the edit/addition again and IMMEDIATELY SAVE my work to prevent loss of my new text.

Sadly, the only solution I have for you is to manually redo it and to report this to Corel.
