Is the Kedit editor available for AIX ?

If not Kedit, is there a similar editor ?

emacs might be a bit overkill, depending on what you're doing.

there's lots of pre-compiled aix software at:

- several X editors are listed.

pine includes a nice editor, pico.

i really like joe, from ftp://ftp.std.com/src/editors

Real women, too ;-)

In fact, I still have the .exrc file in my "webmaster" account set up so I can use it as an HTML editor. I can still produce HTML code faster using vi than with any of those wysiwyg, point-and-click, "you actually have to take your hands off the keyboard" HTML editors.
