Editing XML file from ASP.NEt page.

I need to edit an XML file by changing values that I am getting from an ASP.Net page. This is more proof of concept, I just want to see if it's feasible. All I want to do is have a user enter a Customer Name and a Subject and click Enter. Once they click Enter an XML is changed to reflect the information. I know this is probably easy to do and would appreciate any links to figuring out the process.
