Does anyone know how to edit an SQL Command Data Source in V9.0 after it has been added to the repository. (I'm talking about the one that is created from the "Add Command" option of the Database Expert, not the "SQL Expression Fields" in the Fomula Workshop.)

You have to disconnect it from the repository, Edit it, and then add it back.
