Editing Registry

I recently installed a program and subsequently uninstalled it however, when I look in the registry, there are keys still there and I cannot remove them. I get the following error message:
Error Deleting Key
Cannot delete (name of program): Error while deleting key.

I have also run several regcleaners with no results. Any ideas how to resolve this issue?

1. Are the entries causing problems with how PC runs? If not - is it really a problem?

2. Are you logged on with Administrative access?

3. Have you tried installing and uninstalling again - uninstall might make a better job this time

4. Have you tried power tools at
