As I did not get any answer in the Microsoft Office forum, I decided to try it here.
First of all, I would like to say hello to all of you and thank those who will be able and willing to help me.
I'm using W98SE with Office 2000.
In Outlook 2000 Options, I have cleared the box "Use Microsoft Word to edit e-mail messages".
This works fine for my outgoing messages and for most received messages. However when I try to edit some of the received messages (probably those from people using Word as e-mail editor?) Word opens, the message is shown as "Document x" and I can only save it as a document, leaving the original message unchanged.
Is there a way to prevent Word from editing any message or,
if not, is there a way to actually change the original message?
