Editing Qmail Message Headers

Just wondering if it was possible to alter/edit the message headers of mail which come into qmail. If so, how?

In a message I have the header like this:

Return-Path: <test@test.com>
Delivered-To: mailpickup@mailserver.com
Received: (qmail 786 invoked by alias; date
Delivered-To: user@mailserver.com
Received (qmail 784) invoked by network; date
Subject: subject
message details
------------------------------------

I want the message header to be like this, if possible; as in Outlook all the field are blank apart from subject & message itself:

-----------------------------------
Return-Path: <test@test.com>
Delivered-To: user@mailserver.com
Subject: subject
message details
------------------------------------

The only way I know of to do it is to modify the qmail source code and compile your own version of qmail.

But keep in mind that in this day and age of spamming, many mail server will barf on messages missing headers.
