Editing PO Form in MAS90 version 4.1

Hello everyone! We have recently upgraded to version 4.1 (from 3.71) and having trouble editing the purchase order form in Crystal Reports. I want to add a couple fields that are in a different table (AP vendor master table), and am not able to add any new tables. We didn't have this problem in the last version, or with any other forms in this version.

Has anyone else had this happen? How did you fix it? Any help would be appreciated!

Are you receiving a specific error message? Or is the table just not showing up?

After adding the table in the Database Expert, I get a Database Warning that says:

More than one datasource or a stored procedure has been used in this report. Please make sure that no SQL Expression is added and no server-side group-by is performed.

If I click OK there, and add a field from the new table anyway, I get an error in MAS90 when I try to print a PO using that form:

Crystal print error: Error in File R: [directory] POWFAA2.rpt: Failed to open rowset.
