Editing graphics links in Word from VBA (or .NET) 1

Is it possible to programmatically open a series of word files, search through each one for a graphic link and then change that link so that it points to a new location.

All our graphics have to move to a different server, which will break all the links. (We have hundreds of documents and thousands of graphic links!)

Unless the paths are changing, the graphics links should remain OK.

A solution I developed for processing individual files can be found at:
(url all one line)
This is useful if there's the possibility that various linked graphics may have ended up in different relative localities to where they were previously. You could add code to make it process multiple documents in turn.
