Editing Flash Templates 1

I need help. I ordered a Flash Template from templatemonster.com and do not know how to modify it. I have macromedia flash but this is way over my head. Is there a quick learning guide to this?

Here is the template.

I thought it would be easy to modify but it is not. Any direction at all would help.

These templates are usually (and this one is no exception) poorly coded, and editing them is quite a hassle...

If you want to edit the content of the 4 main pages, you can do so in a 4 frames movie clip (instance name "page001") located on frames 47 to 193, on the 9th layer from the bottom on the timeline.
