I'm using VC.net and I'm getting an error because the compiler keeps trying to include /RTC1 and /clr switches. According to the MSDN I'm doing the correct thing to turn them off, and the /RTC1 switch isn't showing up in my command line for the compiler during design time, but it shows up during compile time and I get an error telling me that the /RTC1 and /clr command-line options aren't compatible.

don't create any type .NET C++ project if you want to use this option. You should create some native C++, for example Win32 or MFC project or something like that.

that was the point, I didn't want to use that option, and I did want to use that option. However, I have it working now. I think I was turning off the option for the project, but that it wasn't being turned off for the individual .cpp files. I went through and turned it off for the files and now it works. Thansk!!
