Editing Command Line and change special line defaults

Hello!

Problem #1: I would like to Add a command to the built-in command line. I was able to add a building footprint command to the menu's but it still is not acessible from the command line.
Any Help?

Problem #2: every time I draw a special line in a new drawing(such as barbed wire fence) i have to re-enter the values i want to use. does anyone know where the defaults are stored?

no but i have head that it is alot like C++ which i am fluent in??? does that help at all
