When I go to edit a chart object in Access (not the sql) I only can see the sample data (i.e., the East, West, North, South and Qtr 1, Qtr2, etc.) making it difficult to change the appearance. I do not see my actual field names but they are in the sql. Then, when I exit Access and go back in sometimes I can see the real fields and sometimes it is still the sample (dummy) fields. Is this a preference on the Access configuration? How do I eliminate this problem?
