Hello all
I know that with CR9 Advanced Edition I can log on to my APS and edit an existing published CE report. Is there a way to do the same thing using CR9 Developer edition. Most of our developers use this edition due to the cost difference but I would like them to be able to edit CE reports when necessary. We are using CR 9 Developer edition for .Net 9.2

You should be able to.

Select File->Open and select the Enterprise Folder icon in the lower left of the File Open dialog.

Then when you use File Save As, do the same.

This has other advantages because it will preserve the surrent settings of the CE report. You'll need to reset the database connectivity after saving, but it maintains scheduling and instances.

I just tried it on one of the dev machines and don't get the Enterprise Folder icon in the open dialog like I do when using the advanced edition. Can anyone confirm that it should be there? I did a reinstall on these machines recentely. Necessary because we moved to VS.net 2003. Perhaps I missed something on the install.
