Editing a field in a grouped query 1

I am trying to edit a field in a grouped query so that the value will be passed down to the individual records that make up the grouping. Can that be done?

No. You will need an update query or, depending on your set up, cascade update. With some work, you should be able to present the appearance of editing at group level and updating the records comprising the group.
