Editing a custom toolbar in Word 2003

The company I work for has a custom toolbar in Word 2003 that was created a few years back by someone no longer with the company. There's a button on the toolbar called "Report AutoText", which has as one of its options, a command called "Insert Framed Figure", when this button is clicked it inserts a graphic of the old company logo. They want to change this graphic, and I have the template document this was supposedly created in, but I can't find anyplace in any of the macro code that this image (or this button itself, for that matter) is referenced; in fact, I can't find *anything* in the macro code referencing the toolbar except for one block which synchronizes two of the buttons with a list of options (neither of which happens to exist in the .dot file, as far as I can find.)

If I select "Tools" - "Customize", then select the "Report Toolbar" and click the "Commands" tab, there is a category called "AutoText". If I select this, then there is a command called "FramedFigure" in the commands pane. But exactly how, or where, do you edit these commands? If I click the button with "Customize" open, then right-click the "FramedFigure" command, I get a context menu with lots of options, but nothing to edit the commands. It offers an "Assign hyperlink" option, which then offers "Open" or "Insert picture", but if I select that, there doesn't appear to be any hyperlink or picture set - I tried changing it to an image I have on my machine, which works, but then if I delete the link to that image, the original logo image comes back, which indicates to me that it's being set somewhere behind the scenes. Anybody know how to edit these commands? Thanks.
