Editable keywords in a template 1

Beginner's Question.
Default keywords/page names are included in my template. I would like to be able to edit these on a page-by-page basis.
I don't see how to make an editable area in the html screens.

so which one is it?
keywords meta tag or the name of the page?
or is it both?
they should be editable by defualt...look into your code and see where the editable section/region is definied...it should have excuded the section above the head tag.....
post the few 1st line so your template code.

There are editable regions called cornerphoto, ad, and body.

looks good!
to edit meta tag simply go to code view or split view...click on the tag -anywhere in the line

: Ctrl+F5 to edit the tag or simply work in code view and tye them manually
your regions are defined correctly!

Now for the original question...well the answer is NO, you can not define the TItle and keywords to be editable regions because they are not regions/segments of the page content ....editable regions are more for the content editing....that is why they are meta tags.....to my understanding.
and u can fake it by:

These &quot;regions&quot; really dont mean anything in web design...this is nothing but a feature used by DW-keep that in mind. I have never really liked this feature as I find it more annoying to edit than helpful...but it does work. Perhaps I am oldfashined but I see nothing wrong with Save As.. :)
