Edit System Speed Call list using UCM 7.0

I want to use UCM to edit System Speed Call list but no option to EDIT/CHANGE. Only ADD and DELETE. When I add a new entry it defaults to the next number in the list even though there are gaps in between. How can I assign a new entry to a vacant position higher up in the list or how can I edit a number already in the list?

Here's what the docs say...

Editing a List
1. Click the required list from the Lists Web page.
The details page of the particular list appears
2. Edit the values as required.
You can update the values for List types, Group call, Group hunt, Speed call, and
System speed call. For more information about List types, refer Table 4: Editing List
Types on page 360.
3. Click Add to add list entries.
4. To remove any list entries, select the entry and click Remove.
5. Click Save to save the changes made to the list.

If that doesn't work, you can upload a chg via .csv file...see

Jaxuser, thank you for your response. Unfortunately I dont have any facility to EDIT/CHANGE a list. This has been tested on another site with more recent UCM and fully patched and likewise the option to EDIT a list does not appear. Only ADD and DELETE.
I have already resorted to export/import via Element Mangler which works fine. Do you have a link to the document from where you took this information from please?
