Edit - Select All in Cognosscript

I'm trying to write a small utility to report the number of frames on a selected report. If I open the report manually and Edit - Select all, I can do it. However when I try to get cognosscript to open the report I can't Select all frames to be read by the allselectedframes property.

Any help would be appreciated.
