We have Access 2007. When I use the report wizard to make a report, it groups all the field together so when I move resize, or change one field it does it to all of them. I have the same problem in forms.

Click on one of the controls and then look at the Format menu. There should be an Ungroup option.

That is the way it was done pre 2007, In 2007 there are no menus persay but just groups of icons. Does anyone know where to find it in 2007

Choose the arrange tab and see if you have a layout, you can choose remove from layout.
