Red Flag it and include details of what you want changed (and why) or why you want it deleted.

I just tried red flaging. I'll let you know if it works.
 
Not sure if that's the best solution. Moderators might not feel like changing every post that has an error in it.

Post the correction beneath it, and use the preview window.
