Hi, I want to be able to lock down a bunch of word documents so they can be viewed, but not edited. Obviously I can use NTFS permissions so that the files are read only, but I am trying to make it so the user can't change anything on screen at all whilst the document is open. The user can view the doc, but can't edit it by either removing tesxt or adding their own. It would be like a webpage, but would have the .doc extension. Any ideas?

That seems to be exactly what I am looking for. Thanks for your reply!
