Edit PDF forms on web page

I need to make existing pdf forms (or they can be recreated, but they need to be pdf's) editable online for a customer and save them for future use. Any advice on what tools I should consider for implementation in this site?

You need Acrobat Pro to draw your text boxes, check boxes, etc ....

Then "Enable Usage Rights" so Acrobat Reader users can fill in the boxes and save their changes.
