Edit multipe client dsm.opt files (windows 2003)

Hi All,

We are migrating our TSM Nodes to another Server.

Is there a way of editing multiple client dsm.opt files from my desktop?

We have 100+ client dsm.opt files to edit.

I know hindsight is 20/20, but if you end up having to do this manually, make sure you use DNS name if possible going forward. That way, you need only update the DNS server's IP to the TSM server.

if the DSM.OPT files are the same why don't you write a batch file or script to copy the file to each of the servers (backing up the original one).
