I'd like to make tasks publicly accessible in a public folder which contains user-edited tasks. Everys task should be assigned a category. But it is necessary for users to create new categories for certain tasks. These new categories should then also be apparent for all other users in the main category list shown in Outlook when editing or creating a task.
How can I edit the main category list on the exchange server? Or is it a client-side problem, so that it isn't possible at all to administer the list at one central point ?
