Edit file path in XLB file

In the past someone created a xlb-file with custom buttons linked to macro files.
Now the file path of the links need to be changed within the xlb-file.
How can this be done ?
Is there a way to edit the linked locations ?

This file is managed by excel. You can change links either manually (changing custom buttons links) or by code.
