Is there possible to modify an application(*.exe) which was made in Flash? If yes, then how?

unfortunately, NO. but there is a way to extract the elements as graphics. You can recreate the fla from that.

the only way to modify a flash exe is to extract all the elements in it (graphics, sounds, code, etc.) then put them all again into a new flash file which would generate the fla and the swf files. What im saying is you have to start all over again but this time you have the graphics and sounds. You just have to put them in the same order then modify it as you wish.
