eDirectory install on Windows 2k Server (help!!!)

ok i'm running a Netware 5.1 box with SP5
and
i need to install eDirectory 8.62 on my Windows 2000 Server
i go through the install and then it checks my NDS Schema and gives me an error saying that the "NDS Schema on my current tree is out of date"

any suggestions???
