EDIFACT experience ?

Hi,

My company is in a process of replacing our ERP-system.
A subproject wil be the replacement of a 'home build' environment processing
some 25000 EDIFACT messages pr. month and 15000 XML messages pr. month.

We (The project management) consider to use Biztalk 2004 as the new platform for processing these electronic documents.
I have som experience with Biztalk 2000, which in my humble opinion was a disaster in a production environment. The experience is non-EDIFACT.

Anyone with experience in Biztalk 2004 and EDIFACT ?
Anyone with experience with the Covast EDI accelerator ?
