EDIFACT CONTRL message - SEF-fil

Does anyone know how i can get hold of the SEF-file for the control message of the edifact standard. I need a version 1.1.

SEF files are created with software that you purchase. Either you get them free from a trading partner that owns such software or you need to purchase the software. There are 3 companies that develop and sell implementation guide software for EDIFACT and X12. Those companies are GEFEG, Foresight, and Edifecs.
