EDI 850 Error on VALIDATE INSTANCE

Need help in this regard

I was able to run the Biztalk 850 example and when I try VALIDATING the INSTANCE with a sample file It gives me an error. My sample edi850 has ^ as the delimiter and during the Validate Instance It gives an error say cannot find PO PO1 in the NO-ENVELOP file. HERE is the sample file
IF anybody can test an tell me whats the problem that would be great.
AND I also assume that the EDI delimiter would be diffrent for different Companies.
