EDI 810 Item Price

I'm working on a system using Macola/Gentran EDI producing 810 documents (invoices). My problem is that the 810 documents carry item pricing to 4 decimals, Macola has pricing set up and used at 6 decimals and due to special customer pricing it is not possible to change item pricing to 4 decimals in Macola. The problem is that the 810's are out of balance because the sum of the extended item prices and the total invoice amount cannot reconcile.
Is it possible to change the EDI unit pricing to 6 decimals to match Macola? The 810 spec allows the max field length to be 14.
At this point I'm not sure if the problem is in the Macola EDI output or in the Gentran mapping. Has anyone delt with this problem before?

It's either an issue with the format or the template. If you view the raw data without opening it in screen entry first (very important) and the price for an item that shows six digits in Macola is four digits, then it's an issue with the format truncating down to four digits. Otherwise, if it shows as six digits in the raw data then it's an issue with the template.

Either way, you should contact Macola EDI support and they can make the necessary changes for you.
