Edge to edge printing not printing edge to edge 1

I'm not sure if this is the correct forum for this.

HP Laserjet 3015DN - HP Universal Print Driver.

Edge to edge is turned on, but it's still cutting off right hand side of the form. Any idea why or any recommendations on fixing this?

Make sure your paper selection is correct - size in tray matches size in print driver for that tray.
Make sure there is no scaling turned ON or "fit to page" setting
