EDC will not start

I had to change out a fileserver; the original was Win7, new one is Win10. Running 6.7.70 w/ EDC 14.1.20. Install seemed to go OK; AM (old) runs fine, but EDC will not run from the shortcut (the service starts and runs without issue.) The error that appears is "Cannot access IBERDIR". I can path it out without any issues; I have verified that permissions are set correctly, and rebuilt the variable. EDCSVR will go from stopped to running when I try to open the GUI, but that's it.

It is currently on my test bench, and I don't have a FOH box I can connect to it to see it it is actually running. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
