EDC Processing using EFS

Anyone know how this is accomplished?

Running Aloha 6.4 connecting to datawire but was told that EDC didnt use North Data IPN rather this:

(XML) (SOAP)

Can anyone make any sense of this?

When using the first data ipn with the following info:

Primary Host IP/Port: vxn1.datawire.net port 19000
Secondary Host IP/Port: vxn.datawire.net port 19000
Service name: north.fdc

I get host unreachable or not available at this ip errors. Any help is appreciated.
