This is kind of a weird one.

Customer uses Alohanet for gift cards and VISA net to process.

Everything works fine, except when the customer goes to batch, it says "There aren't any transactions to settle with the selected processor".

I found out some time ago that stopping the POS, and temporarily removing the Alohanet processor allows everything to batch just fine.

It's almost as if it's trying to settle via Alohanet, but all of the cards are set to auth through the Visanet processor.

Anyone seen anything like this or have suggestions on what to try to fix this? Oh, and permanently removing Alohanet is not an option, lol-I already asked.

Thanks!

No experience with Alohanet, but you could try checking the settlement processor in the Visanet setup and see what that does.

Thanks Bo.

I forgot to mention one important piece of information, that in all reality, is the source of the problem. The VISANET processor-when it's the only one configured-works just fine, both authorizing and settling.

The problem is when you add a second processor (any processer), not just Alohanet. When I add Alohanet, and go to the configuration screen for VISANET, ALohanets config screen is the one that pops up (it will pop up for both processors).

It's almost like the path that "points" to the VISANET configuration folder is going to Alohanet folder instead (which would explain my error message). But I can add any of the processors and I get the same result.

Anyway, it's impossible for me to try your suggestions. When VISANET is the only processor configured, I can't select a settlement processor (because there isn't another one). When I add another processor and try to do it, the processors screen pops up when I try to configure VISANET.

Strange.
