Hi Guys when I am schedualing an instance I get the result shifted by a colom do you know if there is a patch for this or misconfiguration it has to be done .Thank you
There's no really easy answer to this question without more information. In general, Seagate Info/Crystal Reports writes Crystal Reports best in Crystal Reports format.
If you need to export to a different format such as MS Excel, then you need to specifically design the report so that it exports correctly. The easiest way to do this is to ensure that all fields are contained within guidelines.
Depending on the layout of your report, you may also need to experiment with the various Excel export settings (if you use the extended versions).
The best method I have found is to extended version in a tabular format. When you design the report make sure all collumn heading fileds are the same height and heading fields and detail fields are the same width and line up as close to exactly as possible. If you have some column heading labels that are two lines and some that are one abreviate as much as possible then fix them in excel.
