ECS K7SEM Athlon .13 Core problems?

I read about the K7SEM having problems with the new .13 core Athlon XP's but I cant seem to find it anywhere...I have been having a lot of problems with them in the last few weeks, since all my CPU's I've been getting have been the .13 core..anyone else have this problem or have a fix for it other than not using K7SEMs?
