The Unify answer to this would be that the only part number you need to know is S30122-X8014-X22. That will get you an EcoServer SSD.
If you buy outside the Unify supply line, you are likely to get something with an untested firmware version even if the model number is the same, which can have some very undesirable knock on effects to the 4K. You might not notice with a web server or email if something arrives 250 ms too late, but the real-time requirement of the telephony will not react well. Unify supplied SSDs are guaranteed to function.
