Eclipse Problem with MQ V6 Info Centre on Win XP

Hi,

I have recently installed MQ V6 and the corresponding Information Center on my XP SP1 laptop. I can use MQ as normal but on launching the info centre, I get a box that says "An error has occurred. See C:\Documents". I have found the log file and there are lots of errors:

I'm confused as to why this is happening as I've just installed the product.
