Eclipse and JSP/Servlets

Does anyone use Eclipse IDE to do their JSP/Servlet programming? I work at Morgan Stanley and they are adopting Eclipse heavily to do their java development instead of JBuilder. But it does not support JSP yet unless you have a plugin.

I do not know of any decent plugins and if Elcipse is goog for servlet developing.

Anyone have any comments/suggestions/experience?
