Echoes on TDM calls?

Hi,

Agents are reporting intermittent echoes on calls outgoing from a S8800 TDM traversing over MPLS.

What could cause echoes on a TDM switch?

mpls comes into play so tromboning , if it never happens on the local site try running a site to site trace.

Set your DS1 boards for echo cancellation 4 outward and set your trunk group for echo cancellation.
