I have a user who is complaining about hearing echo of the caller's voice while using one-X Agent, even when using it on site.
When she looks at the voice quality in the Audio monitor, everything is clean, quality is high, no jitter, no delay, etc.
She has tried adjusting the receive gain but that hasn't helped.
I suspect it's her computer and the CPU can't manage all the applications they use and the one-X Agent, or something is hogging the CPU, but was looking for something that would show that this is the issue, possibly something better than Windows Task Manager. Does anyone know what we could use to show that this is what's causing the issue? Or what else to look for?
I suspect her PC because no one else is having this echo issue, even when they work remotely.
