Echo Problem on IP Phone with Contactstore

I installed IP460V2 with contactstore.
3.1(65)
PRI
5610 IP Phone with headset(plantronics H41)
cisco 2950 switch 10/100 ethernet.

Call recording both incoming and outgoing calls.
When call recorded, echo hear by user.
Especially, incoming call echo was terrible more than outbound call.

who is any experience echo with contactstore?
