Echo on PRI Lines

Dear All,

Let me first explain the how the installation has been done.
There is R2 signal coming for the provider and I terminated in R2 converter. The R2 converter gives me PRI signal output, and then I terminate the PRI into the PRI DTM module. And it was working fine.

But after that this problem has come. When the user making outgoing call and during dialing process, he is getting echo. As soon the call has been established echo will disappear. Also there is 6 seconds of annoying (blank period with echo) before receiving the ring back tone.

Please let me know what I have to do for this problem and how can I solve it?

We are the # during the dialing process, but still there is echo and delay in dialing the number and receiving the ring back.

Also there is funny issue. The international calls are not landing while the local calls are landing properly to the users. Is there anything segregate the incoming calls.

I need help.
