Hi I have installed a few of these but on the most recent the customer is complaining of an echo mostly on incoming calls. They have six lines on three ISDN2e and say they did not have this problem on their old Nitsuko. I have had a similar echo problem on an Avaya and both these customers use the same service provider so I am wondering is it a CPS related issue.Is there any adjustment on the ISDN2e card to cancel any echo?
