echo on IP sets

bcm 400,3.7 software.all the latest patches
codec is 711 u-law
echo is heard on all the ip sets intermittently
2 PRI
IP sets are i2004 and i2007
I also have digital sets on this bcm
where can i look to try a change or some modification????

Could be a network or QOS issue - have you verified that QOS is enabled on all the LAN gear, no shared media in the mix (hubs), etc?

Could also be a signal level on the PRI - sometimes if a PRI is too "hot", you can get echo on IP sets. You can try padding down the CSU LBO to 7.5db if the network checks out OK - that might help resolve things.
