Customer has a BCM 2.0 with 4 lines on the main cabinet
and 4 lines on a GATM4
All sets are IP phones
It seems when I use the lines on the GATM4, the IP phones have echo, it seems to pick up background noise as well
But when I grab a line from the main cabinet, there's no problems.
The echo is intermittent as well.
I've tried to replace the GATM4, and no change. I've also tried changing it to short CO/pbx and no changes
I swapped 2 lines from the main to the expansion, and will get the customer to monitor. Other than that, what else could be causing this?
